About: In 2020, UC Irvine's Inclusive Excellence provided funding to department faculty to explore new programming through the lens of health equity. My colleague and I implemented a new virtual space called the Narrative Project after receiving an initial grant funding. This virtual space explored different topics such as allyship, community care, sexual violence prevention, and more. In October 2021, after implementing the new program, I received a nomination for Student Affairs Employee of the Month.
